The conceptual and graphic aspects of their work are rooted in years of experience as a writer/art director agency team. This complementary dynamic lies at the heart of their process, and positions them as expert and insightful creative collaborators.
Forever fascinated with the human stories that unfold around the table, their work is full of both flavour and feeling, communicating a warmth that draws on a genuine passion for food culture, and the power food has to draw us together. Initially focused on culinary photography, the scope of their work has quickly grown to include human-focused stories, and artful live-action film.
Fully embracing the hybrid role of director/photographer, they bring a photographic eye to their directing projects, and a director’s love of storytelling to their photography. Based in Montreal and Toronto, Les Garçons work with agencies and brands around the globe, signing prestigious campaigns with their highly stylized and polished visual signature.
